Biography
In 2015 and 2019, I received my bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Applied Psychology) and my master’s degree (Master of Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience). Then I worked as a research assistant at South China Normal University for two years. For now, I am a Ph.D. student at VU Amsterdam with the supervision of Prof. dr. Jan Theeuwes and dr. Tomas Knapen.
Project
My research explores how basic neural computations in the brain support complex cognition. By linking low-level sensory mechanisms to higher-level perception and behavior, I aim to build a more mechanistic understanding of how the mind emerges from the brain.
